What does HomeBeyond do?

HomeBeyond develops living-space concepts, digital systems and proprietary know-how at the intersection of construction, technology and business intelligence. It is the research and development brand of HOME&BEYOND DIGITAL LLC.

What is the relationship between HomeBeyond and SafeHarmony?

HomeBeyond is the developer and rights holder behind its SafeHarmony and SafeHarmonyOS development programmes. SafeHarmony is the living-space concept; SafeHarmonyOS is the digital systems programme.

Can I order a SafeHarmony home today?

SafeHarmony is currently a development concept. A potential project requires site-specific feasibility work, engineering, local approvals and a separate agreement. The website is an introduction to the development, rather than an offer for a ready-to-build product.

How does the licensing approach work?

HomeBeyond’s own intellectual property and know-how can be considered for project-specific licensing. Rights, territory, deliverables and responsibilities must be defined in an agreement. Third-party technology remains subject to its respective owners’ rights.
